Home from the Northwest

I've just downloaded all my photos from a 9-day vacation visiting my family in Oregon and taking a quick trip to Seattle with Mom, Bernadette, and Kiana. Of 500 photos, only 320 or so were solely of my niece, Kiana.

Take a look at her and tell me that given unlimited access and 2GB of memory you wouldn't have done the same.











It wasn't hard to get photos of a happy, smiling kid just enjoying being alive, since that's pretty much how she is all the time. Kiana is another one of those children that makes you want to be around children, which means that Joe and I are sending our kids to either Bill/Bernadette or Liz/Tony for raising. Just giving you fair warning, guys.

Lots of photos and posts to come but for now, I'm enjoying pretending I don't have a mountain of work awaiting me at school.
